Chet S. Monder, M.D.

After finishing training at Punjab University – Chandigarh and Patliputra Medical College at Dhanbad India in 1980 he completed his residency program at Prince George General Hospital in Cheverly, Maryland and VA Medical Center Wilks-Barre in Pennsylvania. His Endocrinology Fellowship was completed at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis specializing in metabolic bone disease (sub-specialty of endocrinology). Dr. Monder had vision and opened Arizona Endocrinology Center in June 1990 with an aim to become a leader in the valley. He did extensive lecturing in the community, aided fellow physicians, and became an associate professor at Midwestern University. Research and consulting work for pharmaceutical companies has also been a way for Dr. Monder to be an innovator.

He has held prestigious positions such as president of various organizations like ASMA (Arizona Sikh Medical Association) and APIO (Arizona Physicians of Indian Origin). Dr. Monder was also awarded for his excellence as Top Doctor multiple times by PHOENIX magazine. He also has been featured in the “Leading physicians of the world” magazine for 2012-2013. He enjoys golfing and traveling.
